When Wearing

  • Prolong their shine by avoiding contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hand sanitizer, household cleaners and pool water. If possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.

  • Make your jewelry the last item you put on when getting dressed. This will help prevent from catching on your clothes and from getting doused with makeup, lotions or perfumes.

When Cleaning

  • We recommend using a polishing cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue, to maintain the shine of your jewels, and to reduce chances of tarnishing.

Please note that the polishing cloth is coated with silver wiping powder - effective in removing the oxide layer on your jewel pieces, however, it will not remove any scratches or marks.

Be gentle while polish as the cloth can be abrasive.

  • Another way to clean gold plated jewelry is to use lukewarm water and a soft liquid soap, if you need to. Don't dip your pieces in water, instead, dip a cloth in water and soap and gently wipe your jewelry piece.

After you finish cleaning your piece, rinse it by using another cloth dipped in plain water. Carefully dry it afterward and place it in your pouch

  • Avoid using chemical cleaners or detergents as they can remove the finish of gold plated jewelry.

When Storing

Storing your jewelry properly is just as important as taking care of it during wear.

  • Our best advice is keep them in your box when not in use. Do not keep your jewelry in a humid area like bathroom.

  • If you are traveling, we recommend storing your jewelry in individual plastic bags/pouches, so that it will not get scratched or come in contact with clothing, shoes, or anything else that might be packed in your travel bag.
